SUNRISE, Fla. (August 2, 2018) – Wawa held an August 2 Grand Opening at Konover South’s new 31,460 square foot West Commercial Landings retail center in Sunrise. Also, Konover South announced the recent openings of the 10,000 square foot Learning Experience and a 1,125 square foot uBreakiFix store, with openings soon for Family Smile Dental, Papa John’s Pizza and Burger King. Located at the southwest corner of Commercial Blvd. and NW 94th Ave., the 9.8 acre center also offers a 4,200 square foot outparcel plus 3,400 square feet of inline retail available for lease. West Commercial Landings is one of four new in-fill retail centers under development by Konover South in Broward County.
