Ocoee Village Center is a new retail development project by Konover South Development Corp. The center will include the four corners at SR-429 and Clarcona-Ocoee Road and will feature a grocery store, national restaurants, and retail stores. It will feature a 43,000 square foot grocery store, 7-Eleven convenience store, medical office building, restaurants and retail stores. As part of a larger planned development, Ocoee Village Center will include 320 luxury apartments and 232 townhomes. The center is highly visible with 72,000 vehicles per day on SR-429 and 26,000 vehicles per day on Clarcona-Ocoee Road which will continue to grow within this emerging community.
Coconut Crossing will be located at the southwest corner of Northlake Boulevard and Coconut Boulevard. This new development will serve the more than 14,350 homes approved or under construction in the immediate trade area along with the current 45,000 residents of the Acreage.
