The site is planned to have approximately 56,600 square feet of retail space and will sit in front of a 650-unit residential development. Just 1/2 mile north of the Florida Turnpike Extension interchange and within 3 miles of the I-75 interchange to the west, the trade area includes +12 million SF of corporate office and warehouses, including Miramar Town Center (City Hall and Cultural Center). The property has excellent visibility with +300 feet along Miramar Parkway (39,500 AADT) and +400 feet along Red Road (52,500 AADT).
Ocoee Village Center is a new retail development project by Konover South Development Corp. featuring a hotel, grocery store, restaurants and retail stores.
