PLANET FITNESS LEASES 17,800 SQUARE FEET ADJACENT TO RECENTLY ANNOUNCED SPROUTS FARMERS MARKET AT KONOVER SOUTH’S ADMIRALS CROSSING RETAIL CENTER IN JUPITER

With anticipated openings in the fourth quarter of this year, the 30,900 square foot Sprouts Farmers Market and 17,800 square foot Planet Fitness replace a former Winn-Dixie space vacated in 2018

JUPITER, Fla. (March 4, 2019) – Planet Fitness has leased 17,800 square feet of space adjacent to the recently announced Sprouts Farmers Market in Konover South’s 73,000 square foot Admirals Crossing retail center located at 3757 Military Trail in Jupiter. In making the announcement, Konover South CEO David Coppa said that the Planet Fitness and the 30,900 square foot Sprouts Farmers Market are anticipated to open in the fourth quarter of this year and will replace a former Winn-Dixie space vacated in 2018. Among the center’s other tenants are Berry Fresh Café, Inlet Liquors, Jimmy John’s, Massage Envy, My Gym, and others. Also in Palm Beach County, Konover South owns the Yamato Crossing retail center at 222 Yamato Road in Boca Raton.
