Jeffrey J. Williams is Chief Development Officer at Konover South, and he is responsible for aligning development and construction decisions with the company’s strategic growth objectives. His role includes overseeing development strategy, managing development activities across the portfolio, and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget. Jeffrey leads the execution of Konover South’s real estate development projects, overseeing entitlement, design, construction, and tenant coordination across both new development and existing assets.

Formerly a 10-year development executive with Aldi, Jeffrey served as Director of Real Estate and led Aldi’s market entry into Florida. Jeff joined the Konover South team in 2017.

He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and completed the Advanced Program on Negotiation from Harvard University.
