DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla. (April 1, 2026) – Konover South, LLC has welcomed Krystal M. Rodriguez as Tenant Coordinator. She brings nearly two decades of retail real estate experience, with a background spanning both landlord and tenant-side operations.
Krystal will be responsible for tenant coordination across the company’s portfolio, including lease plan review and managing deal execution from lease through buildout to ensure projects stay on track and open on time.
With experience across the full development lifecycle, Krystal has been involved in site selection, lease negotiations, entitlements, tenant construction, and store openings. Her hands-on experience on both sides of the deal brings a practical, execution-focused approach to advancing projects.
Prior to joining Konover South, Krystal held roles with Salzman Real Estate Advisors and IT’SUGAR, where she contributed to large-scale retail developments and national portfolio management.
Krystal earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of South Florida, is a Licensed Florida Real Estate Agent, and is fluent in Spanish.
