DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla. (February 4, 2025) – We are pleased to announce that Alberto Laureano-Cintrón has joined the Konover South, LLC team as a Property Manager.
Alberto began his career managing shopping centers and office buildings throughout Puerto Rico. He also gained experience in the shopping center business by managing retail properties throughout Florida for Noble Properties.
Alberto will be responsible for property management activities of the firm’s retail portfolio. He is responsible for ensuring that tenant relations, property maintenance and vendor contracts all meet property budgets and goals. He graduated from the University of Puerto Rico and received his MBA in General Management from the University of Phoenix. Alberto is bilingual in English and Spanish and is a certified shopping center manager.
