DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla. (June 5, 2023) – Chris Witker joins Konover South, LLC as Executive Vice President of Development. Chris is an experienced industry veteran who was formerly with notable companies such as Ram Realty Advisors, Marcus & Millichap and Morgan Stanley.
Chris will be responsible for growing the firm’s real estate portfolio, which includes market/site selection, purchase contract negotiations, and obtaining any necessary development approvals.
Chris received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Florida Atlantic University. He has earned professional licenses as a Real Estate Associate, Series 7 and Series 32, and affiliations with the Urban Land Institute (ULI), National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHS), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and various community and non-profit organizations.
