CONSTRUCTION STARTED AT THE MARKETPLACE AT COCONUT POINT IN ESTERO, FL

DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla. (January 5, 2024) ­ – Konover South is pleased to announce that construction started at Marketplace of Coconut Point, a 9.6-acre tract in Estero, FL, which represents the last remaining commercial frontage within the Coconut Point Development, on January 2nd.

Located along the east side of S. Tamiami Trail and US 41, the property has excellent visibility and accessibility. Leases have already been signed with Miller Ale House, McDonald’s and Noire the Nail Bar.
