A much-anticipated January 31 Grand Opening will be held for the 43,865 square foot Walmart Neighborhood Market which will mark the official opening of the new Landstar Marketplace retail center in Orlando. Developed and managed by Deerfield Beach-based Konover South, LLC, the 62,243 square foot center is located at the southeast corner of the Central Florida GreeneWay (SR 417) and Landstar Boulevard in a high growth area across from a Publix-anchored center. Located on 18 prime acres at 13891 Landstar Boulevard, Landstar Marketplace will also include 18,378 square feet of inline retail plus two outparcels. Anytime Fitness, Arby’s, Landstar Dental, T-Mobile and others are slated to begin opening in March. R.A. Rogers Construction Company, Altamonte Springs, is the general contractor and the center was designed by Cuhaci & Peterson Architects, Orlando.
