DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla. (January 6, 2025) – Jason Feder has joined Deerfield Beach-based Konover South, LLC, as Chief Legal Officer, announced David Coppa, Chief Executive Officer. Feder will oversee all legal activities for the company, including development, acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and management.
An experienced industry veteran, Feder previously served as General Counsel at a privately held, fully integrated commercial real estate company specializing in retail shopping center acquisitions, management, and development. He also held roles as Of Counsel with Bilzin Sumberg Baena Price & Axelrod and contributed his expertise to organizations such as LNR Partners and Accenture. Throughout his career, Feder has advised real estate owners, developers, sponsors, capital partners, lenders, servicers, property managers, and tenants.
Feder holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Florida, a Juris Doctor from the Florida State University College of Law, and an LLM in Real Property Development from the University of Miami School of Law. He is an active member of the Association of Corporate Counsel, ICSC, and the Jewish Federation of Broward County.
