Jay Kanik joins Konover South, LLC as Director of Property Management
April, 30th – Jay Kanik joins Konover South, LLC as Director of Property Management. An experienced industry veteran formerly with Regency Centers, Jay directs Konover South’s property management functions for all company-owned and third-party management properties. In addition to overseeing the Property Management division, he works closely with Konover South’s Development division in bringing all new properties to market. Jay’s primary responsibilities include budgeting and forecasting, rent collection, property maintenance, negotiation of vendor contracts and achieving NOI goals.
