Jeff will be responsible for overseeing all leasing activities within the company’s shopping center portfolio and development projects. He will work closely with the company’s leasing, legal, management, acquisition, and development teams, as well as manage third-party property brokerage relationships throughout the portfolio, ensuring that each property meets or exceeds leasing goals and budget expectations.
Jeff comes to Konover South with nearly 20 years of experience in the commercial retail real estate industry and a strong background in landlord representation, tenant representation, investment sales, management oversight, asset management, tenant buildouts, construction, and ground-up development.
