DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla. (February 6, 2023) – Jennifer Gutheil has joined Konover South, LLC as Property Manager. Jennifer is an experienced industry veteran who formerly worked with notable companies such as Pebb Enterprises and The Morris Companies.
Jennifer will be responsible for property management oversight on the company’s retail portfolio.
Jennifer attended Palm Beach State College and The Gold Coast School of Real Estate. Jennifer also holds her CSM Certification of Management Level II from John T. Riordan School for Real Estate.
