We are pleased to announce it closed on Phase One of Ocoee Village Center, on March 12, 2021.
Phase One of the Ocoee Village Center retail project, totaling 4.7 acres, was purchased for $2,049,240. The new development is just east of SR-429 on Clarcona-Ocoee Road in Ocoee, Florida, a high-growth bedroom community just outside of Orlando.
Vertical construction is planned to begin in late 2021 and will consist of a 7-Eleven gas/convenience store, 14,000 square feet of retail shop space and a QSR pad. The following three phases, totaling 15.4 acres, will close in phases over the next 15 months and will consist of grocery, coffee, restaurants, medical, and neighborhood retail service users. Upon completion, the project will total over 150,000 square feet.
Bob Bedard, Senior Vice President of Development of Deerfield Beach-based Konover South, said, “Konover South is excited to start its Ocoee Village Center retail project and looks forward to bringing a quality shopping experience to the residents of Ocoee.”
