An affiliate of Konover South sold the Publix-anchored Inverrary Falls shopping center in Lauderhill for $14.03 million.
Inverrary Falls LLC, an affiliate of Deerfield Beach-based Konover South, sold the 76,751-square-foot retail center at 5757 and 5821 W. Oakland Park Blvd. to RK Lauderhill, an affiliate of Sunny Isles Beach-based retail owner RK Centers.
The price equated to $183 per square foot.
Konover South developed Inverrary Falls on the 11.1-acre site in 2004. In addition to Publix, tenants include Pollo Tropical, All State Insurance, and Little Ceasars.
