Nicholas has seven years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate business, where he has leased and managed retail shopping centers throughout California, Colorado and Nevada.
Nicholas will be responsible for Property Management activities on the firm’s retail portfolio. He is responsible for ensuring that tenant relations, property maintenance and vendor contracts all meet property budgets and goals. Nicholas graduated from Santa Clara University with a B.A. in Political Science.
